Privacy policy

Protecting your data matters to us. Here we explain which data we process on spill.lu and why, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type) so that the site can be displayed and run securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Enquiry forms and contact

If you contact us via a form, by email or by phone, we process your details (e.g. name, organisation, email, phone, date, place, requested attractions, message) to answer your enquiry and send you a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your details are also saved as a contact in our management system.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 3 years at the latest. For bookings, we keep the documents for as long as the law requires (in Luxembourg generally 10 years for accounting records).

4. Service providers

Wix: the website and forms run on Wix.com Ltd. (Nemal Tel Aviv St. 40, Tel Aviv, Israel). Wix stores form data on our behalf and sends us the notification email. Israel is covered by an EU Commission adequacy decision; for any further transfers Wix uses EU standard contractual clauses.

Google Fonts: for the typeface we load files from servers of Google Ireland Ltd., which transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a consistent appearance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email: we use an email provider that stores your messages on our behalf.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. So that the forms work, the website stores a technically necessary access token in your browser. It contains no personal data.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Simply write to us at luxferia.sarl@hotmail.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
